This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 2–3 years’ experience looking to develop their career within a stable and supportive environment. Key Requirements: • 2–3 years’ experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor • Experience within industrial (warehouse) and/or residential sectors • Background demonstrating continuity and progression in previous roles • Strong understanding of cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management • Full UK driving licence required • Must be based within commutable distance to Brentwood Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the commercial management of projects • Support cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts • Assist with procurement of subcontractors and suppliers • Monitor project costs and ensure financial efficiency This role offers long-term progression and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.
