Frenkel Topping Group is seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter / Communications & Content Creator to join our dynamic in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in financial or legal services who thrives on crafting compelling content and driving meaningful engagement across internal and external channels.
About the Role :
You'll be responsible for producing high-quality written content that reflects our brand voice and values, supports our marketing strategy, and resonates with our audiences. From thought leadership articles and blogs to newsletters and internal communications, your work will help shape how we communicate with clients, colleagues, and the wider industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Storytelling:
* Write and edit regular blog posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces that reflect industry insights and company expertise.
* Develop engaging content for newsletters, email campaigns, and social media.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into accessible, impactful narratives.
* Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and compliance standards.
Internal Communications:
* Create and manage internal communications including announcements, team updates, and leadership messages.
* Support the development of internal campaigns that foster engagement and culture.
* Work closely with People & Culture team and leadership to ensure consistent and clear messaging across the business.
Editorial & Brand Support:
* Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all communications.
* Proofread and edit materials for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
* Contribute to the evolution of our brand voice and storytelling approach.
What We're Looking For :
* Proven experience in a copywriting, communications, or content creation role - ideally within financial or legal services.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
* Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
* Strong understanding of content strategy and digital marketing principles.
* Comfortable working collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with WordPress and HubSpot email marketing platform.
