Salary: £60,000 - 66,000 per year Requirements: In-depth User Research experience in Agile teams and complex programs Experience in the Government and/or NHS sector Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD) methods Proven ability to lead User Research projects for diverse stakeholders Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong facilitation skills for remote and in-person User Research workshops Ability to create User Research deliverables and support clients throughout the design process Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth User Research and translate findings into actionable insights Lead User Research projects for clients in the public and private sectors Scope and deliver end-to-end User Research activities Create appropriate User Research deliverables for client projects Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in Influence and educate stakeholders on User-Centered Design methods Technologies: Support UX UI Design More: We are a leading global IT and Digital transformation business specializing in Government projects.
