As our Retail Trainer, you'll enjoy a varied workload, from delivering training both onsite and offsite, to representing The Learning Shop at marketing events and contributing to Bluewater’s ongoing growth. Your insight into product placement, team leadership, and customer service will help you deliver impactful sessions that truly make a difference. The Role: Where you’ll work: This role is based at The Learning Shop inside Bluewater, however, the nature of the work will require travel off-site as required. Your hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE). Your pay: £25,502.
