We are currently offering a weekend Front of House opportunity at our remarkable residential developments in Birmingham (B12). You will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, maintaining professionalism in manner and appearance at all times, and assisting with any enquiries.
We seek a personable individual who goes the extra mile to build strong, respectful relationships with residents, while remaining professional and courteous.
The role involves supporting residents and ensuring the smooth operation of the building's services and security.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Previous experience in residential or property roles
* Strong customer service skills
* Experience managing contractors and building works
* Knowledge of fire, health & safety, and security protocols
* Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Responsibilities include:
* Greeting residents and handling enquiries via phone or desk
* Assisting residents, guests, and visitors
* Ensuring building security, including CCTV and parking management
* Providing courteous assistance to all visitors and service providers
* Communicating effectively with leaseholders and managing agents
* Conducting patrols and reporting issues
* Performing safety checks and reporting any faults or incidents
* Managing keys and deliveries securely, maintaining records
* Using the 'Buildinglink' platform to keep resident records up-to-date
Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 08:00-18:00
Salary: £12.27 per hour
