Your new role
We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Coordinator to join a busy housing team on a temporary basis.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will support the delivery of an efficient, customer-focused lettings service, ensuring properties are marketed and let quickly while maintaining a high standard of service for customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting the lettings process for void properties and new developments
2. Coordinating viewings, pre-tenancy interviews and sign-ups
3. Carrying out affordability and eligibility checks
4. Managing lettings administration and maintaining accurate records
5. Promoting available properties through online platforms and marketing channels
6. Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quick turnaround of properties
7. Supporting customers to access housing and sustain tenancies
8. Liaising with external partners and agencies where required
What you'll need to succeed
9. Previous experience within housing, lettings, or a customer-focused role
10. Understanding of housing processes or welfare benefits (desirable)
11. Strong organisational and administrative skills
12. Excellentmunication and interpersonal abilities
13. Experience working with or supporting vulnerable customers (desirable)
