Global Clinical Integration Lead

Duration: 7 months
Location: Remote (client based in London)
Rate: up to £680 per day (via Umbrella, INSIDE IR35)
We are seeking a highly strategic and adaptable Global Clinical Integration Lead to support complex business development activities across Clinical Operations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless integration and separation of clinical programs, working across global, cross-functional teams to drive delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sub-workstreams and complex programmes related to integration, divestment, and partnership activity within Clinical Operations
Provide strategic oversight and ensure visibility of clinical integration priorities, risks, and impacts to senior leadership
Develop and implement processes, guidance, and standards to support business development and post-deal activities
Establish and lead Clinical Operations integration and separation working groups, coordinating cross-functional input
Act as a subject matter expert on study-level integration and separation within global clinical delivery teams
Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to define transition strategies and ensure robust execution plansSkills & Experience Required
Degree in a scientific or business discipline
Strong experience managing global clinical trials and delivering in complex environments
Proven project management expertise, with the ability to drive process improvements in matrix organisations
Experience supporting business development, integration/separation, or change management activities
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external partners or vendors (e.g. CROs)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strong business acumen with a proactive, results-driven mindset
