Due to expansion my client, who is a mortgage broker based on the Hampshire/Dorset border, is looking for Mortgage Advisor to join their team as soon as possible
* To provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
* Support the customer's experience from initial enquiry to completion
* Access to whole of market for both mortgages and protection
* Leads provided
* To remain complaint at all times within FCA regulations
* Regular training
* Possibility to work from home one day a week
About You
* CeMAP qualified or similar
* Achieved CAS
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
* Able to present solutions to a wide and diverse client base
* Be hungry for success with a strong customer focus
* Ability to work in a fast paced targeted environment
The Package
* Excellent starting salary of £23 ,000 to £27 ,000 DOE with uncapped commission, realistic OTE in second year £50 ,000 to £70 ,000
* Hours are Monday to Friday 9. 00am to 5. 30pm with NO weekend working although these are FLEXIBLE
