Corporate Senior or Principal Associate (4 PQE+) | Leading International Firm | Birmingham/Hybrid
A top-ranked international law firm is seeking a Senior or Principal Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate team in Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working and flexible arrangements available as standard.

The Role
* Advise on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, ECM, and group restructurings.
* Work closely with a well-established, collaborative team of 70+ corporate lawyers nationally, including five equity partners based in Birmingham.
* Act for a wide variety of major UK and international clients, many of whom are involved in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
* Take a key role in client relationship management and business development, with the opportunity to lead on transactions and develop your profile internally and externally.

About You
* At least 4 years' PQE in corporate law, ideally gained in a well-regarded firm.
* Strong experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions.
* Excellent technical, drafting, and commercial skills.
* A collaborative and proactive approach with a desire to take on client-facing responsibilities.
* A genuine interest in developing long-term relationships and contributing to business growth.
