Administrator Overview
Our client has created several new positions due to growth and are looking for numerous admin-experienced individuals to working across different teams including finance, sales audit, retail and concessions.

Sales Audit Admin
* Complete weekly store audits
* Reconciliation of store sales to cash, cards or voucher payments
* Follow up and investigate discrepancies
* Deal with credit card charge-backs by collecting relevant information and responding to Worldpay within timelines
* Log manual credit card slips and remit for payment
* Send documentation / suppliers to stores as and when required
* Ensure stores have relevant information regarding floats, gift cards etc
Retail Concessions Coordinator
* Administrative support including store and supplier communication, completing paperwork and attending meetings
* Building relationships and working closely with suppliers and stores to coordinator the day to day running of the concession business
* Assist in the set up and sourcing of new concessions to drive sales growth
* Work with Store Managers and Area Managers to identify and target key product areas for development and growth
Merchandising Assistant
* Providing sales analysis to shape the future product ranges
* Location performance and insights
* Identifying and sharing trends and patterns within data
* Size ratio analysis
* Delivery phasing and optimising when product needs to be delivered
* Compilation of pricing and promotional changes across the department
