Our client, who are the leaders in their field, are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to their team.
Job Overview
1. Update in-house computer database and operating system as appropriate with all relevant data.
2. Answering inbound calls and emails, generation of quotations and following them through to order stage and the handling of any complaints and acting on them accordingly.
3. Ensure all aspect of the order process are followed, booking transport, booking disposal, generation of compliment paperwork and labels if required.
4. Raise appropriate paperwork for all contracts under the responsibility of the division.
5. Provide administrative support on ad hoc tasks as requested.
6. Assist with the completion of all the relevant tasks for end of month within the timescale given for the division.
