Our Head Office department is in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our beautiful flagship store. The Campaign Marketing Executive supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns across retail, hospitality and wholesale channels. Working closely with, and in reporting into, the Head of Marketing Operations, the role ensures campaigns are executed with precision, reflect the brand’s values, and support commercial and operational priorities. This includes assisting with the management and consistency of brand expression across channels and supporting trade partners.
Key Accountabilities
Campaign planning and coordination
* Support with the delivery of key integrated marketing campaigns (Seasonal and product launches)
* Coordinate creative development, asset production, and approvals with internal teams and external agencies.
* Maintain the central campaign calendar and campaign workflow doucment ensuring cross-functional alignment between marketing, retail, hospitality, online and all other functions of the business.
* Provide administrative support across the marketing function
* Contribute to post campaign reviews and continuous improvement processes.
Wholesale, retail, and hospitality support
* Provide wholesale partners with campaign toolkits, product information, and promotional assets tailored to their needs.
* Support retail and hospitality teams with instore activations, seasonal campaigns, POS materials, and customer facing communications.
* Track partner execution and gather insights to improve future support.
Role Specific Criteria (Experience /Technical Ability)
We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in marketing, campaign management, or trade marketing, ideally within retail, luxury, FMCG, or hospitality.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions focused mindset.
* Experience supporting retail or hospitality environments is highly beneficial.
