Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 6 professional passionate about developing education and training for healthcare support workers and registered nurses. The ideal candidate will be interested in gaining further leadership and management skills within our surgical directorate.
The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for developing others. Candidates should demonstrate good clinical practice while managing their workload. SVQ assessor qualification is preferred but not essential.
