Property Asset Manager (New Bailey, Manchester, United Kingdom)Why this job mattersAs a Property Asset Manager you will have responsibility for a large property portfolio across a significant part of the UK, delivering BTs property strategy through your work. As a highly experienced property professional you will be responsible for the effective asset management of all Group properties, controlling occupational costs, maximising income and generating commercial value through the identification and delivery of creative property solutions including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, lease event negotiations, lease restructuring and dilapidations.
