Shopper Marketing Manager (12m FTC) at bp. Location: Sunbury-On-Thames, England, United Kingdom.
What You Will Do
* Work as a critical part of the Comms Planning, Channel & Execution sub-team, supporting with driving impact across the sub-entity through the development and execution of annual integrated omnichannel marketing plans for Mobility & Convenience (M&C).
* Orchestrate and synergise day-to-day channel execution across global and local markets for digital, non-digital or in-store channels.
* Collaborate with the Hub and ensure alignment with the omnichannel strategy to drive effective channel performance and maintain quality and compliance standards.
What You Will Deliver
* Create visual and planning guidelines, with asset toolkits for the global role, supporting markets with execution.
* Automate creation to delivery process, partnering with offshore creative hub.
* Create in-store marketing performance tracking framework, optimising creative, message and priorities as required.
* Support the global planning process, with in-store channel strategies.
* Implement marketing strategies and activities to maximise MROI, improve brand health, increase volume and profitability, and enhance CLV, under team guidance.
* Keep Senior Manager and Managers updated on priority local market annual plans/requests and collaborate with priority local markets to co-create plans for local channel execution via the creative Hub.
* Suggest new ideas to improve processes within established procedures.
* Contribute to annual plans and budget decisions with clear insights and suggestions.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
* Marketing specialist with a proven background in retail marketing and high-volume POS assets management.
* Analytical approach with experience in performance tracking and optimisation strategies.
* Strong project management skills to collate all local market asks.
* Decision-making within process guidelines; ability to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency without compromising quality.
* Collaborator management and communication skills with a track record of cross-team collaboration.
* Ability to handle multiple projects with a customer-obsessed, value-driven approach prioritising the customer while delivering long-term business impact.
