The Role
As Contracts Manager, you'll oversee multiple fit-out projects across central London, ensuring that quality, programme and commercial targets are met. You'll take responsibility for liaising with clients, design teams and subcontractors, driving delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple hospitality fit-out contracts simultaneously
Lead and support site teams, ensuring programme, budget and quality adherence
Drive operational performance and commercial efficiency
Build strong client relationships and protect project profitability
Oversee project planning, procurement and subcontractor coordination
Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements
Report on financials, progress and risk management to senior leadership
What They're Looking For
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or strong Project Manager ready to take a step up)
Background in high-end fit-out (preferably hospitality, hotel, leisure or F&B)
Strong leadership skills with confidence managing several live projects
Commercial awareness and ability to run budgets effectively
Ambitious, driven professional looking to grow within a leading fit-out specialist
Comfortable working remotely with regular London site presence (no fixed office)
