We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our growing Technology / Data & Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an agile environment and translating complex business requirements into high‑quality data and analytics solutions.
🔹 Role Overview
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and managing the product backlog, working closely with agile delivery teams, and ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, prioritised, and delivered effectively. You will act as the key link between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and outcomes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the product backlog in line with Agile/Scrum principles
* Analyse, prioritise, and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories
* Define acceptance criteria and ensure stories are appropriately scoped
* Work closely with development teams to drive valuable and timely deliveries
* Act as the subject matter expert and ambassador for the product
* Provide regular visibility and updates to stakeholders and sponsors
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth integration and release planning
🔹 Key Skills & Knowledge
* Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
* Proven experience with data products, analytics, data warehousing, and data modelling
* Experience working with agile planning and backlog management tools
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
🔹 Experience Required
* Significant experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile environment
* Hands‑on experience delivering complex technology or data‑driven products
* Strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and validation
* Experience working in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments
