Overall Job Purpose
As a member
of The Harper team, you are required to project a positive and enthusiastic

will be part of a team who take pride in their work and ensures guest
expectations are exceeded, where possible, whilst also ensuring that
personalised customer care, along with attention to detail, is paramount at all
times.
Duties
The
following provides guidance but is not exhaustive as to the duties required to
be fulfilled by the Housekeeping Assistant/Room Attendant
● Preparing the bedrooms and public
areas to the very high standards expected by our guests and owners of the
establishment.
● It is essential that you have
a good work ethic be self-motivated and be good at time management.
● You must possess a positive
attitude and enjoy making a difference everyday.
● Monitoring and
reporting guest feedback/requests to head of department
● Ensuring guests
are satisfied with their rooms
and be able to anticipate any further needs.
● Ensuring
compliance with The Harper’s Policies & Procedures and health and safety
legislation.
● Delivering
consistent high levels of service, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in
your work.
● As required, to
fulfil the role of
housekeeping assistant/room Attendant with a
comprehensive understanding of all departmental operational requirements.
Qualifications, Skills &
Experience
● Experience preferred but full
training will be given for the right candidate.
● Knowledge and familiarity
with the tasks of cleaning, dusting, hoovering, mopping, making beds throughout
the property.
● Familiarity within a Hotel
environment preferred.
● You must possess a positive
attitude and enjoy making a difference every day.
