Nature of the caseload You will handle or assist on complex, high-value claims, including: Traumatic brain injuries Spinal cord injuries Amputations Fatal accident claims You may also: Undertake internal secondments across different catastrophic injury teams Support strategic client projects Provide cover during parental leave or long-term absences Work closely with Partners and senior litigators across the UK This model offers breadth of experience rarely available within a single team.
