This is a contract on-site role for a Powder Coater/Paint Sprayer located in South East London. The Powder Coater/Paint Sprayer will be responsible for powder coating and spraying of various parts and components. Key Skills: Job role: Powder Coat & Paint prepper. Preparation of parts for Powder coat & wet spray. Surface prep and masking unpainted areas. Good eye for detail. Clean and tidy work ethic Good Timekeeping Hanging parts efficiently, setting up spray guns, applying powder coat evenly using electrostatic equipment, and managing colour changes. Loading coated items into ovens and baking them at specified temperatures and times. Inspecting finished products for consistent thickness, coverage, and defects; performing first-piece and in-process checks. Setting up, cleaning, and performing basic maintenance on spray guns, booths, filters, and ovens; maintaining a tidy work area. Good TimekeepingApproximately 5-10 hours of overtime available each week. Hours of work: Monday to Thursday (7.00am to 4.00pm). Friday (7.00am to 11.15am) Overtime will be available as and when.
