As a trusted and leading provider in the field, we are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our amazing team. Where: Sheffield Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week Full Time Salary Range : £32,002.35 - £34,214.20* *Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. About the role: Working in collaboration with service leaders and staff team in order to identify meaningful opportunities for volunteers & student placements Creating and supporting a positive culture of volunteering within the service Recruit, train and coordinate volunteers & student placements Working collaboratively and reflectively with the assigned Regional Volunteering Lead and other service-based Volunteering Leads across the organisation Developing internal and external links in order to attract volunteers & student placements (e.g. universities) Training colleagues in how to support and supervise volunteers, providing direct line-management supervision when required About You: To be a great fit for this role, you should possess: Knowledge & experience of working with young people and/or young adults Experienced in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers Knowledge of the issues & challenges faced by young people & young adults (those aged 16 to 25) Experienced in delivering learning and training to others Accomplished written and verbal skills and a high degree of IT competency Ability to employ a professional, empathic, and non-judgmental approach What We Offer: When you join our team, you're not just an employee; you become part of a compassionate community working together to make a difference.
