B&Q Kirkcaldy is a full‑time, permanent contract position for a Showroom Project Coordinator. The role is valued at a notional hourly rate of £14.10 and involves 36.45 working hours per week.
Shifts
Monday – Sunday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Responsibilities
As a Showroom Project Coordinator you will support showroom teams and installers by providing the help and advice needed to deliver a seamless, professional service for our customers. Specific duties include:
* Communicating project progress to customers via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions until completion.
* Using design software to help customers visualise kitchen and bathroom projects.
* Recommending appropriate finance options, products and installation solutions.
* Working closely with colleagues and installers to ensure the best service on every project.
Qualifications
* Strong technical competence and confidence in using technology.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Target‑driven, with strong problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
* Attention to design details and a keen eye for product fit.
* Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
