Details:
To support the Deputy and Manager, and support to residents in the nursing home in a manner that enhances the quality of their life.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance
To provide professional leadership and support to the staff.
To ensure professional support to residents and relatives.
To assist the Manager/Deputy Manager and act for him/her in their absence over a full range of duties.
