Manpower are currently recruiting for Skilled Machine Operators for a prestigious manufacturing client based in Telford. Your role will ensure production runs efficiently while meeting strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to health, safety, and quality protocols Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to optimize production Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to maintain machine efficiency Maintain accurate records of production and downtime Conduct pre-use checks and ensure products meet quality standards Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed Requirements: Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills We have a variety of shifts available including Days, Mornings, Afternoons and Night shifts. These are temporary positions with a potential of leading permanent paying between £12.21 and £14.50 per hour.
