IT Project Manager | London | Innovative Law Firm | Permanent An established and highly respected London law firm is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their modern, business-focused technology team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering a range of projects that enhance the firm's systems and services. Working closely with both technical teams and senior stakeholders, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through to delivery and review, ensuring quality outcomes and effective communication at every stage. The Role Create structured project plans detailing scope, milestones, responsibilities, timescales, and budgets Prepare project documentation and RFPs, sourcing suitable vendors where necessary. Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and accountability. Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable results. Identify potential risks early, implementing practical mitigation strategies. Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate key issues when appropriate. Communicate project progress clearly and consistently to all relevant parties. Maintain strong supplier relationships throughout delivery. Conduct post-delivery reviews to measure performance and return on investment. Take an active, hands-on approach to driving successful outcomes. And You Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering technology projects end-to-end. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance. Skilled communicator, able to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional services environment. Customer-focused mindset, committed to high standards of service and delivery. Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) advantageous. Technically confident, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable project plans.
