These roles are based full time at the Qualifications Scotland Centre in Dalkeith and offer a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with full training and ongoing support provided.

The Role
As an Administrator, youll provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to enable the effective delivery of Qualifications Scotland products and services. The role is responsible for ensuring that all administrative processes are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Qualification Scotland policies, procedures, and service standards.
