Job Description
A well-established and highly respected national insolvency and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator or Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its growing team in their Birmingham office. The Role
You will manage your own portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including:
* Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) – core workload
* Administrations
* Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs) – occasional
Key responsibilities:
* Progressing cases from appointment to closure
* Preparing statutory documentation, reports, and case notes
* Handling communications with directors, creditors, shareholders, and other stakeholders
* Reviewing financial records and conducting initial investigations
* Liaising with agents, solicitors, and other third parties
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
* Supporting junior team members (for senior-level applicants)
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
* Existing experience within an insolvency or restructuring practice
* Strong understanding of corporate insolvency processes, particularly CVLs and Administrations
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Confident communication with directors, creditors, and stakeholders
* Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
