Your Role
The Neighbourhood service seeks an Assistant Team Leader experienced with adults under the Care Act to promote well-being. The post involves providing leadership support to foster a strength-based team culture, supervision, and contributing to service development.
About You
We seek someone who:
* Is a team player with experience supporting social workers, both newly qualified and experienced.
* Has good time management and organizational skills.
