Duties as Nursery Teaching Assistant:
* Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning activities for children aged 2–5.
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
* Assist with planning and setting up engaging activities that promote learning through play.
* Support children with their personal, social, and emotional development.
* Observe and record children’s progress to help inform future planning.
* Ensure the wellbeing and safety of all children at all times.
Ideal Nursery Teaching Assistant:
* A genuine passion for working with young children.
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or working towards).
* Experience in an early years or nursery setting is desirable.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a Nursery Teaching Assistant.
* A proactive, caring, and patient approach.
