You’ll be instrumental in managing diverse client portfolios and leading complex projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage projects for Academy and Multi-Academy Trusts, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. • Write and submit winning Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) bids. • Oversee projects for social housing clients, working within established consultancy frameworks. • Deliver surveying and project management services for residential and commercial properties, with a focus on Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs). • Prepare and submit successful BSR Gateway applications. • Conduct and report on FRAEW and Type 4 Fire Risk Assessments. What You’ll Bring • MRICS qualification with senior-level experience in Building Surveying and Project Management. • Strong track record in public sector consultancy, especially education and housing. • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance for HRBs. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
