Anderson Knight is working in partnership with a leading business based in Blantyre to recruit a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator. This key role supports the coordination and administration of service and installation contracts within the automated entrance systems sector. You will liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure contracts are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with both customer requirements and company procedures. With a strong focus on administration, customer service, and internal coordination, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing UK-wide business. Salary: £26,000 Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and process service and installation contract documentation with precision and efficiency. * Review client requirements and ensure all contractual terms are documented and communicated clearly. * Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate contract timelines, resources, and deliverables. * Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and project milestones in CRM and internal systems. * Support the sales team by issuing order confirmations, preparing client documentation, and managing contract files. * Monitor contract status and follow up on outstanding information or actions to ensure timely progression. * Provide administrative support to the service and projects teams as needed. * Assist in tracking contract performance and compliance, flagging any discrepancies or issues. * Maintain a strong understanding of service offerings, pricing structures, and key terms to provide accurate support. Skills & Experience Required: * Experience in contract administration, project coordination, or a similar administrative role. * Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills. * Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/project management software. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience within a technical or engineering-related industry is desirable but not essential.
