We are offering an exciting opportunity to train as a Cover Supervisor within our network of supportive and welcoming secondary schools across Wolverhampton. No formal teaching experience is required - full training provided.

As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in maintaining learning and supporting students when teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising classes and ensuring students remain engaged and on task
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Supporting students’ learning and wellbeing
* Building confidence and classroom management skills through hands-on experience
