As a Junior Designer you'll play a key role in our growth, creating impactful branded content across digital and print, which inspires our audiences to act.
Our Creative Unit works in partnership with others to create visual content and ensures our brand remains relevant, bold and innovative. The unit is a hub for film, photography, and design experts.
You will report directly to one of our Senior Designers and will assist on a wide variety of projects across digital, print, and merchandise.
You will provide artwork support to the team, and there will be exciting opportunities to feed into the creative process.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised creative who is eager and excited to learn, who has an intuitive understanding of design and a great passion for it.
As a great communicator, you will adapt to our tone of voice, provide friendly and approachable communication, express your opinion, and act as a problem‑solver with quick reflexes, effortlessly managing multiple projects and showcasing agility and adaptability.
Qualifications
* Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Maybe experience using Animate and After Effects too.
* Track record of working on digital and print design projects following a brief.
* First‑class layout and typography skills with great attention to detail.
* Great communicator – friendly and approachable.
* Able to work independently and actively participate in a team.
* Technical skills across Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Microsoft applications.

This role is in salary Band 2A and is paid at the London Living Wage, currently £14.80 per hour (£28,860 per year full time). After 12 months of successful service, there will be a small increase to the midpoint of the band.
Our salaries reflect that the London office is our contractual place of work. We also pay a working‑from‑home allowance at the HMRC tax‑free rate of £312 per year. We are committed to paying at least the London Living Wage for all roles and apply the updated rate each April.
