Description The Facilities Maintenance Engineer will: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. Identify and resolve technical issues within the building services and fabric. Implement and oversee preventative maintenance schedules and reactive maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with other departments to minimise downtime and optimise performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Manage and liaise with external contractors and service providers as required.
