Role: CNC Turner Setter / Operator
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Salary: £16.77 per hour - £18.20 per hour + £564.60-£650 per month shift allowance + Overtime 1.5x (OTE £45,000-£50,000)
Hours: Monday – Thursday (4-day week), Week 1-2: 06:00 – 15:45, Week 2-4: 15:45 – 01:00

The Duties
* Operate and set CNC turning machines
* Work with Fanuc and Siemens control systems
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Set tools and edit programs
* Inspect own work using precision measuring equipment
* Perform basic machine maintenance (TPM)
* Raise PIRs where required
* Maintain 5S standards in the work area
* Handle components, jigs, and fixtures safely
* Work independently and report to supervision
The Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC turning
* Apprentice trained (preferred)
* Strong understanding of Fanuc/Siemens systems
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
* Skilled in inspection and quality control
* Self-motivated with good initiative
