Overview
Currently, we are seeking for a flexible, detail-oriented Junior Developer to join our team for a maternity cover position. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in VBA, Python, or VB.Net who are eager to work on real-world business solutions and adapt to new technologies as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Application Support:
o Respond to ServiceNow incidents within agreed SLAs
o Communicate directly with users to provide prompt, effective solutions
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to URE and document templates
* Change Requests & Enhancements:
o Implement updates or enhancements to URE templates
o Ensure accuracy and compliance with business standards
o Test and validate changes before deployment, documenting updates as required
* Testing & Quality Assurance:
o Assist in testing changes and enhancements made by other team members
o Execute test cases, document results, and report issues or discrepancies
o Help ensure all updates meet quality standards before release
