We're looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure their plant operates at peak performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Comply with the Company's Quality Policy, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring standards for quality, hygiene, and housekeeping are met. Respond quickly to breakdowns and issues to maximise machine efficiency, minimise waste and maintain safety. Uphold and improve plant hygiene and housekeeping to the highest standards. Suggest new projects or practices to drive continuous improvement in health & safety, quality and performance. Monitor machinery performance and take proactive measures to prevent downtime. Prioritise routine engineering tasks (breakdowns, servicing, maintenance) in collaboration with the Production and Engineering Managers. Communicate effectively with colleagues about safety, quality, and machinery issues. Repair any breakdowns within the plant or site as requested.
