Your role:
You will be expected to update rotas and look at the best possible cover options available and effectively communicate any changes to the service areas.
Your role is supporting team leaders to provide effective cover at a range of properties across the borough, you will also monitor hours worked, annual leave and sickness.
You will be developing systems for rota management and monitoring purposes, maintain best use of resources and deployment of the mobile workforce.
You will record and monitor annual leave, sickness, and additional hours. Promote different ways of working, looking at all possible cover options, providing appropriate cover to enable the service to support customers.
About you:
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with Staff, stakeholders, customers, families, and other relevant professionals to maintain high quality service. You must have an excellent understanding and experience of working with Excel. You should be flexible and have a solution-based approach.

Using an internal mobile workforce, we cover Rota’s for a range of services such as Supported Living, Residential, Registered and Day opportunities. It is a fast-paced environment providing essential support.
