Job Description Do you love sports or have a passion for great customer service? Do you enjoy forming positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and driving standards on a daily basis. In our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, you will be part of a team that serves customers and builds rapport to encourage repeat business. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will contribute to a team that wins together and does what’s right for our customers.

Responsibilities

* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Always urge safer gambling.
* Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
* Process customer transactions including cash handling.
* Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
* Work towards defined targets and goals.
* Maintain high shop standards.
* Open or close the shop as needed.


Work pattern

Our shops can be open from Monday to Sunday, 8am – 10pm depending on location. This includes weekends and bank holidays. Typical weekly rota is 30 hours and includes a blend of long opening shifts, long closing shifts and shorter evening shifts, varying week to week. As a key holder you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop. Entain provides advance rota notice to support a healthy work-life balance.


Qualifications

* You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
* Passion for delivering great customer service.
* Enjoy building strong relationships and communicate effectively.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Able to work alone or as part of a team.
* Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
