Responsibilities
* Assist in food preparation and ensure all ingredients are ready for cooking.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
* Support chefs by keeping workstations stocked with necessary supplies.
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Assist with basic cooking tasks as required, under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
* Help with serving food during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
Skills
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is advantageous.
