We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused E-Commerce Administrative Assistant to join our E-Commerce team. This is a varied role supporting both E-Commerce operations and wider Retail Development. On a temporary basis of up to 12 months.
What you’ll be doing:
•Supporting the reconciliation, tilling, and banking of e-commerce income, working with Retail and Finance teams
•Producing and sharing reports on sales, stock, performance, and KPIs
•Assisting with the distribution and logistics of New Goods, including supplier liaison and stock management
•Using EPOS systems to maintain accurate stock control and financial records
•Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries from customers and colleagues
•Supporting internal communications across platforms such as email, SharePoint, and Viva Engage
•Providing general administrative support to the E-Commerce team and senior colleagues
About you:
•Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
•Confident working with numbers, with the ability to analyse and present data clearly
•Advanced Excel skills (essential), with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Teams
•A strong communicator who can work collaboratively across departments
This role may involve occasional travel between sites, including shops, suppliers, and the distribution centre.
This is a temporary part time role of 20.5 hours per week, working :
•Monday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
•Wednesday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
•Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
