We are looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent to work on a large-scale tunnelling and shafts project. This is a long-term contract role on a technically challenging civil engineering scheme. Role & Responsibilities: * Managing day-to-day site operations on tunnelling and shaft works * Delivering works safely, on programme and within budget * Supervising subcontractors, labour and plant * Liaising with engineering, commercial and project teams * Ensuring full compliance with HSEQ standards and project requirements * Preparing RAMS, short-term programmes and progress updates Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects * Strong background in tunnelling, shafts, deep excavations or heavy civils * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates (essential) * Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills What’s on Offer: * £370 – £470 per day (CIS / LTD), depending on experience * 12-month contract with the potential for extension * Opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure project If this is something that interests you please apply and someone from the team will be in touch...
