Sales Account Manager - HybridBirmingham£28,000 to £30,000 Basic Salary BonusOur client a leader in the creative world is now seeking aSales Account Managerto support in the development of new partners to ensure the continued expansion of the UK marketThe requirement is for an office-based point of contact for existing customers developing long term relationships, and generating additional business. Previous experience and a track record of building and delivering relationships within a sales support environment is essential.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesTo develop contacts and relationships with customers that ensure we are first choice when placing orders, first refusal in any competitive situation and to be familiar with customers regular requirements.Handle incoming customer enquiries and process quotes using the companys sales and order processing systemDevelop market categories & specifically new industries.Log, track and maintain outbound activity via Salesforce.Update customer information in our CRM & ERP.Maintain market & competitor knowledge.Maintain up to date product knowledge & competitor awareness which will enable you to offer alternative products when necessaryThe ideal candidate will possess the following experience.B2B Sales Admin, Account management or Support background.Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and work within a small, fast paced company.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.Proficient in Office 365/Excel.Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with your managed accounts.Proactive, organized, great time and work-load management to prioritize tasks and actions.Experience with working within the software industry desirable but not essential.Additional Keywords: Sales Account Manager, Enterprise Business Representative, recruitment, Business Development Executive, BDE, Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Sales Rep, Telesales Rep, Telesales Representative, Lead Generation Executive, Lead Development Representative, Software Sales, IT Sales, Telesales Executive, Telemarketing Executive, Outbound Sales Rep, Internal Sales Rep,TPBN1_UKTJ
