We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in main contracting and proven experience in managing the commercial delivery of a diverse range of projects.
About the Role
Working out of the head office, your responsibilities as Senior Quantity Surveyor may include:
1. Managing the commercial aspects of 2 projects or 1 larger scheme up to £12 million in value delivered under traditional and design & build contracts.
2. Working as part of team of Surveyors at various levels.
3. Supporting Estimators on the 2nd stage element of tenders.
4. Production of Bills of Quantities.
