The Jump: Rise to £27,500 after your initial 12-week training and probation. The Potential: With overtime and enhancements, our Junior Engineers typically earn between £32,000 £38,000 PA. The Training You will undergo a comprehensive 12-week "on-the-job" program. Youll shadow experts across blue-chip sites, learning the installation, servicing, and repair of Fire Alarms, Voice Alarms, and Emergency Call Systems. We also provide a tailored, industry-recognised external training package to cement your qualifications. What Were Looking For A Technical Mind: You enjoy fixing things and understanding how systems work. The Basics: GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Reliability: A full UK driving license (max 3 points) and a willingness to travel. Ambition: A desire to progress within the Fire & Safety industry.
