Day Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Requirements: Full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance
About the Role

You will provide one-on-one care for a young adult with cerebral palsy, helping them live life to the fullest at home and in the community.
This is more than just a care job - it's about building meaningful connections and empowering someone to enjoy their hobbies, explore their interests, and live independently.
Your Responsibilities
o Support with personal care and daily living activities
o Administer medication as prescribed
o Perform suctioning and enteral feeding via Mic-Key gastrostomy
o Monitor and manage seizures
o Accompany the client to medical appointments and social activities
o Encourage engagement in fun and creative hobbies (arts & crafts, Lego building, movie nights)
o Build a trusting relationship with the client and their family
What We're Looking For
o Previous experience in complex care (suctioning, enteral feeding, seizure management)
o A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
o A flexible and proactive approach to care
o Confidence in building rapport and offering emotional support
o A genuine commitment to promoting independence and dignity
o Requirements: Full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance
