Residential Conveyancer

We are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive legal team based in Newark.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and client-focused legal professional who is keen to progress their career within a well-established, forward-thinking firm.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to post-completion. This will include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Re-mortgages
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters
The successful candidate will be confident in handling files independently while maintaining a high standard of client care throughout.
About You
We are particularly interested in candidates who are qualified as either a Solicitor or CILEX Residential Conveyancer, although applications are also welcomed from:
* Licensed Conveyancers
* CILEX Lawyers
* Experienced fee-earning Paralegals with a strong background in residential conveyancing
You will:
* Have demonstrable experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
* Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Possess strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Working Arrangements
* Full-time (5 days per week) or 4 days per week considered
* Office-based in Newark initially
* Following successful completion of a 6-month probation period, there may be scope for hybrid working (subject to Partners’ discretion)
* Opportunity to work from the West Bridgford office where appropriate after probation
