To provide administrative support on specific projects within the Management team, liaising directly with the Head of Health and Safety
To be the first point of contact with the Health and Safety department for any queries or requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
To maintain and update diaries for members of the Senior Management Team within the Health and Safety department as appropriate.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Essential criteria
* NVQ level 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent qualification. European Computer Driving License (ECDL) qualification. RSA Stage II typing / word processing qualifications or equivalent.
* Experience of working in an administrative environment, including co-ordinating diaries/rotas and allocating tasks, as well as dealing with complex queries.
* Good telephone manner.
* Able to demonstrate the Trust values.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Advanced keyboard / word processing skills.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office packages.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to suggest changes to administrative practices to improve performance of the team.
* Self-Motivated.
* Flexible approach to work.
* Team player, and able to work as part of a team.
* Able to work on own initiative.
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working in a Health Service environment.
* Ability to speak Welsh.
