Role: PPA Cover Teacher Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday Pay: £700 - £900 per week - Dependent on experience Location: Handsworth, Birmingham About the role As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will step into a vital role providing high-quality teaching and continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. You’ll be expected to quickly establish rapport with students, deliver lessons across various year groups, and adapt to different classroom environments with confidence and flexibility. Knowledge of the National Curriculum. Strong subject knowledge across core and foundation subjects. Ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Ability to assess, track, and support pupil progress. Patience, empathy, and understanding of children’s needs.
