Duties

* Perform data entry tasks efficiently to maintain accurate customer records.
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
* Analyse customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
* Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is an advantage.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.
